Free Trial Terms of Service

These Free Trial Terms govern your use of ReviewED during a complimentary 30-day trial period. By activating a trial, you agree to these terms in addition to ReviewED's general Terms of Service.
1. Trial Period
Your free trial begins on the date your school account is activated and lasts for 30 calendar days. No payment is required to start or complete the trial.
2. Scope of Trial Access
During the free trial you may:
- Upload school documents and evidence files
- Run AI-powered readiness analysis across supported accreditation frameworks
- Generate and view improvement action plans
- Invite team members to collaborate within your school portal
- Export reports (watermarked as "Trial — Not for Official Submission")
The following are not included in the free trial:
- Consultant review, feedback, or oversight
- Unlocked (un-watermarked) report exports
- Guaranteed data retention beyond 30 days after trial expiry
3. No Commercial Use During Trial
Trial access is granted for evaluation purposes only. School leaders may not use trial-generated reports or analyses as official submissions to accreditation bodies without upgrading to a paid plan.
4. Data Retention After Trial
If you do not upgrade to a paid plan within 30 days of trial expiry, your school data — including uploaded documents, analyses, and action plans — will be permanently deleted. ReviewED is not responsible for data loss resulting from failure to upgrade.
If you choose to upgrade before or at expiry, all trial data is seamlessly carried forward to your paid plan.
5. No Warranties During Trial
The platform is provided "as-is" during the trial period. ReviewED makes no guarantees regarding uptime, analysis accuracy, or output quality during this evaluation phase. The trial is offered as a good-faith preview of the full service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewED's liability arising from or relating to your use of the free trial is limited to USD $0, given that no fees are charged during the trial period.
7. Conversion to Paid Plan
At any time during or before the end of your trial, you may contact ReviewED to upgrade to a paid plan (Prep, Maintenance, or Enterprise). Pricing will be agreed upon separately. Trial data will be preserved upon successful plan activation.
8. Termination of Trial
ReviewED reserves the right to terminate a trial at any time if misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms is detected. You may also end your trial at any time by contacting us.
9. Governing Law
These Trial Terms are governed by the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which the school is located and where the platform is primarily used.
